Send a session

How this works

Add the participant / subject ID if your site uses one (optional).
Drop the session folder from the tablet onto the box.
Press Transfer and keep this window open until it says safe to close.

If something goes wrong

The message at the top of the page always tells you whether you can fix it here or whether to contact the study team. You never need to guess.

Common questions

The internet dropped during a transfer

Nothing is lost. Finished pieces of each file are already safe. When the connection returns, press Transfer again and it continues from where it stopped.

The window closed or the page refreshed mid-transfer

Nothing is lost. Reopen this page and press Continue transfer — files already confirmed are not sent again, and partly-sent files carry on from where they stopped. The browser may ask permission to read the folder again; choose View files.

Can I close the laptop while uploading?

No — wait for SAFE TO CLOSE at the top. If it happens anyway, reopen this page and press Continue transfer.

How do I know the data really arrived?

Every file is fingerprinted on this computer before it leaves, and the cloud checks the fingerprint on arrival. A file only shows Confirmed when both fingerprints match.
